The Minnesota Humanities Center (MHC) is a nonprofit organization which collaborates with individuals, organizations, and communities to bring transformational humanities programming into the lives of Minnesotans throughout the state. Mirror Ink was brought on to help resolve several issues with organization, processes, and communications and consult on and produce several key events.
Despite producing numerous events since its foundation in 1971, MHC was experiencing issues of brand identity and recognition, and along with a lack of clear marketing materials, people were not able to easily understand what they do. They also lacked key personnel and processes which would help their events run more smoothly.
Through team engagement, exercises, and development, we provided clarity and direction on several processes for event production, and we encouraged them to hire specialists to round out the team. As a result, their events process is now smooth and efficient. The services we provided are Event Production, Team Engagement and Development, and Consulting related specifically to Event Production.
